Exercise Little by Little

Today is 5th January.
Now we will have to escape from new year holidays' flaccid mood.

Change your mind.

Work your body little by little.

You may feel tough if you work with 100% power suddenly.

You may brake your body, you may capture cold, or you may have back pain or shoulder pain.

Keep in mind you do a lean start.

Within a range that does not try too hard

Do not pamper yourself

Little by little

Slowly




Keep on moving your body.

And make that habit.
