August 2024: Signs of organizational collapse
Organizations can collapse. Organizations that are improperly managed are more likely to collapse. Before an organization collapses, it will show signs that indicate the collapse. Managers must be mindful of proper management of the organization on a daily basis, and take appropriate measures if they notice signs of collapse. Managers are required to never overlook the signs of organizational collapse and take steps to prevent it.
